These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sculpted Glow online store at sculptedglow.store (the "Store") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, or be using the Store with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and display our products accurately. Colors may look different on different screens, and sizing can vary between styles, so please check the size information on each product page. Our shapewear is designed for appearance and comfort; it is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition or to cause weight loss.

3. Pricing and availability

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable or was listed at an obviously incorrect price, we'll contact you and may cancel the order and fully refund any amount charged.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or errors). Payment is processed securely by our payment providers at checkout.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, both of which are part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Store, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing it by automated means without permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

Store content, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to Sculpted Glow or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

The Store is hosted by Shopify and uses third-party services (such as payment processors and carriers). We're not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites linked from the Store.

9. Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law, the Store and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sculpted Glow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
