Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays) after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Delivery estimates

Our products ship from partner warehouses. Most US orders are estimated to arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. These are estimates, not guarantees: carrier delays, weather, holidays, and high-volume periods can add time. Occasionally items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every order is provided with tracking. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, or your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, contact us at sophia@sculptedglow.store with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to help resolve it.
