Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then ship from a US warehouse. Most US orders are estimated to arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. These are estimates, not guarantees – carrier delays and holidays can add time.
Do I get tracking?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking, and we'll email you the tracking number once it's on its way. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
How much is shipping?
Any shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Sizing
What size should I get?
Check our Size Guide. If you're between sizes, size up – shapewear should feel snug, never painful.
A size says “Sold out” – will it come back?
Sold-out sizes are temporarily unavailable. Email us and we'll let you know when it's back.
Returns & refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes – you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, worn shapewear and tights or items with tags removed can't be accepted.
How do I start a return?
Email sophia@sculptedglow.store with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with instructions and the return address.
Who pays return shipping?
You cover return shipping, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or wasn't what you ordered – then we'll make it right.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for it to appear.
Can I exchange for a different size?
The fastest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order in the size you need.
